DishStars-4
A perennial part of the Pelican Club's appetizer selection, these oysters are baked on the shells with bacon, roasted red pepper and herb butter. Bacon and oysters go together extraordinarily well, including in more complex dishes than the standard bacon-wrapped, fried oysters. They arrive sizzling and plump. Good start to a dinner that will have steak as an entree. Best of all: this dish is almost always on the PC's special menus, including the upcoming Reveillon menu that begins on December 1.
