Orange Flavor Beef @ Cafe East
The flavors of an orange--both in the juice and the oil in the rind--are exquisite in a lot of dishes. However, it was left to Chinese cooks to come up with an orange-flavored beef dish. It's made with a good deal of orange peel, as well as enough red pepper that a sweet-heat aspect forms. Cafe East performs this concoction better than most.
