Barbecue Brisket @ Walker's BBQ
Smoke, spice, and patience. These qualities are essential for great barbecue, and Walker's has them all. If it's not the best barbecue beef in town, then it's in the top two. It's everything I look for. If you want to try it, know that enough other people share this opinion that Walker's sells every scrap of it every day, then closes. This might happen before the noon hour is out. Well worth the trouble, and the trip to Little Woods.
