Nine Roses has the biggest menu of any restaurant in New Orleans, including every Vietnamese dish you've had anywhere else, plus many more you've never seen locally--except, perhaps, in a Vietnamese home. They start off well with all the great soups from Southeast Asia and great spring rolls. Then the menu includes the spectacular fondued dishes, prepared on the table.  Mingled into the hundreds of options is a full menu of Chinese cooking, for those who are shy about sampling the Vietnamese cooking. All this is made with good, fresh ingredients. Prices are almost unbelievably low, and the portions are enormous.

The restaurant has just been renovated and looks great.
