Soufflee @ Emeril’s
Warm chocolate soufflees have long been a part of Emeril’s always-outstanding dessert selection. It’s rich and convincing to chocolate lovers, but for those with a more limited tolerance for theobroma, the cloudlike texture softens the buzz. At times this soufflee has shown some evolutionary variants, such as the sublime chocolate and Grand Marnier soufflee I had here a year or so ago. Orange and chocolate were always good together.
