Oysters Tommy @ Tommy’s Cuisine
This is the third variety of baked oyster in Tommy’s trio. (Do I even have to say that the other two are Bienville and Rockefeller?) The oysters bakes in its shell with strips of pancetta (the unsmoked Italian bacon), roasted red pepper, and Romano cheese until it starts sizzling. It makes the dining room smell good on it’s way to you.
