Panneed Oysters And Grilled Shrimp @ Irene’s Cuisine
Why didn’t somebody notice this before? You can pannee oysters (coat them with bread crumbs and pan-fry them), and you can grill shrimp. But you can’t grill oysters (unless you leave them in the shell, but that’s not really grilling, is it?) and you can’t pannee shrimp (not well). The best of both worlds wind up in this lusty appetizer at Irene’s. All the seafood involved is very healthy-looking and well seasoned in the Italian style.
