The annual summer promotion at Ralph's on the Park is so engaging that people start asking me about it well before it begins. It went into force on June 1 and runs through August 31. It's a simple proposition: you get three appetizers and a glass of wine for $33. The selection is not only enticing but numerous. Here's the list:
