A dessert made of a light, fluffy custard sandwiched between layers of phyllo pastry, than drizzled with a honey syrup and orange flower water. A few pistachios are usually sprinkled over the top. For lovers of custard desserts, this one is a stunner. Perfect when followed with a teeny cup of Turkish or Greek coffee.
