Thai-Coon @ La Thai Cuisine
The name is a reference to owner Diana Chauvin's Cajun family connections. She is half Thai, half Cajun. She honors their heritage with the best Thai restaurant in the New Orleans area. This dish also taps into the Cajun flavor palette. It's basically Thai stir-fry with basil and garlic and crawfish and shrimp as the main ingredients. Spicy, of course.
