Domenica does three things extraordinarily well: pizza, house-cured salumi, and desserts. The latter are not merely good, they're original and memorable, too. This one is a pudding--almost a mousse, in its intensity--of chocolate and hazelnuts. Those two ingredients go so well together it's no wonder Europeans are always using the idea. What finishes this off nicely are the chocolate-coated hazelnuts. It's especially fine with an espresso. Domenica-GiandujaPudding
