Stuffed Crab @ Ye Olde College Inn
One of many dishes showing that the College Inn has entered a new era, this is an old-style, homely New Orleans dish made extraordinarily well. It's stuffed into a real crab shell (not somethinag we see often anymore), and abetted with an aioli sauce and some fresh beets from the College Inn's garden across the street. It's one of the two or three best of its kind, and is better than most crab cakes.
