A New Coolinary Menu On A New Restaurant Row

SummerDiningSpecials Primitivo is well named. Its specialty is grilling, roasting, and smoking large joints of red (and other colored) meats. Or of marinating seafood in many ways from many places. It's the latest creation of Chef Adolfo Garcia, he formerly of La Boca, RioMar. and a few other far-reaching eateries. Both the Coolinary and the regular menu are down to earth, going after the heartiness of the interesting cuts of beef, lamb, veal, whold fish, various fowl, and cured meats. The menu is abbreviated, but in the number of courses and selections. The price is a bit lower than most: $35 for three courses. Come hungry is my best advice.
