Tom’s favorite restaurant, Antoine’s is as steeped in tradition as Mardi Gras itself, so it’s no surprise that they are offering a special Prix-fixe Mardi Gras special menu.
First course is a choice of Oyster and Artichoke Bisque or a Carnival Salad. The entree features Trout Marguery or Beef Bourguignon. Dessert offerings are an individual Baked Alaska or Pecan Bread Pudding.
The price for the dinner is $52, and you can add wine pairings for $22. There are also specialty New Orleans or carnival-themed cocktails like The 9th Ward, The Fat Tuesday, Mardi Rum Gras, and King’s Crown, all priced at $11.
