Belgium is an unknown to most people, but not to beer lovers. The style of brewing there is so distinctive that restaurants with good beer lists create an entire category for Belgian brew. And there's a major craft brewery in Colorado called New Belgian. Their beers will lubricate a beer dinner this Wednesday (October 22) at Galatoire's 33 Bar & Steak--the two-year-old add-on to the city's most revered classic restaurantIt's G-33's first beer dinner ever. The menu is not just interesting, but sounds perfect for the edgy beers, not all of which are in the Belgian style.
