We love GW Fins. Who doesn’t? And as hard as they work to create artistically delicious creations with seafood, let’s face it, we think a lot about those simple biscuits they are so generous with sharing. Waiters walk through the dining room with a set of tongs and cookie sheets filled with warm biscuits, ready to drop more on your bread plate if you summon them.
Every time we write about something fun Gary Wollerman has dreamed up, we can’t help but wonder about the biscuits. Clearly we are not the only ones, because now GW Fins is selling $5 bags of biscuit mix curbside. Each bag makes one dozen delectable biscuits, or a batch of pancakes.
Sure, they won’t be as good as the ones on the cookie sheets in the dining room, but at $5 a bag, you can practice till they are.
