The name says it all. Here is a place that pairs desserts with wines and cocktails, but it’s really about the bubbles. Effervescence is not solely a dessert bar, which is a trend in more populated places. There is savory food here too, ranging from little nibbles and grilled bread and butter to a seafood tower for $50. And there is caviar. Lots of caviar. The menu is eclectic in offerings, portion size, and price. All selections reflect their mission, to celebrate the everyday.

Effervescence is launching a new dessert tasting menu with pairings. And popsicles. The popsicles change seasonally, and they are currently serving Nectarine and Green Strawberry. Drop in to watch a Saints game and receive a complimentary Prosecco popsicle when the Saints score the first touchdown.
