On the show New Year’s Eve we talked about New Year’s Eves of our past that were memorable. We had dinner at Commander’s once with the inner circle. We celebrated quietly at home one evening when ML was an infant using the rosé that was given to us by Dick Brennan when she was born. And there was the big party at a hundred a head we celebrated as a last family vacation ringing in 2012 at the Homestead Resort in Virginia.
We also asked about the best new food discoveries or restaurant discoveries of 2019, and any closures that bothered us. These were the Vanilla Wafer dishes on yesterday’s Food Show buffet.
