On the Radio Yesterday...

The show started off with a call from someone who shares Tom’s birthday on Thursday. He wanted a big and equally delicious Italian salad, and we talked about great Italian salads around town. His call was followed by Michael 75 who described his 60th birthday party where he started it in New York at three great restaurants, then on to Paris to eat some more. I’m going to have to hang out with him more.

We talked about the 16th birthday of Creole Creamery and the fun special pricing of ice cream scoops today only. And we talked about ice cream for a bit.

There was a report on The Brick Oven Cafe since we went there for dinner last Friday. And we moved from Italian salads to Italian food, especially the old-fashioned kind.

And the long winding road made a stop at The Heimlich maneuver on the birthday of Henry Heimlich. And cheese.
