Tomorrow, October 3rd, is the first Thursday in the popular pop-up series at the rooftop bar at the Roosevelt Hotel. Chef Adolfo Garcia Jr., formerly from New Orleans but now based in New York City, will start the Fall Chef Pop-Up Series with two consecutive Thursdays, the 3rd and the 10th. These weekly events run 5:30pm to 7:30pm as a fun happy hour on the rooftop at the pool. It is open to the public, with access through the hotel’s concierge.
After sampling Chef Adolfo’s innovative culinary creations at the rooftop bar, head downstairs to the Sazerac Bar. Here you will find new specialty cocktails featuring fall ingredients that will at least help us think about cooler weather, right? These are modern drinks with classic details, featuring new twists.
