[title type="h3"]Bourbon To The Rescue[/title] New Orleans restaurant Sac-a-Lait is teaming up with Sazerac Company and the United States Bartending Guild (USBG) to host a five-course Bourbon Dinner to raise funds for those affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. "It's been tragic to see so many of our friends and colleagues displaced and suffering It hits home for us in New Orleans and we want to do whatever we can to help them repair and rebuild," says Sac-a-Lait Chef/Co-owner Samantha Carroll. So does The five-course dinner begins at 6:30PM and will feature culinary delights from Samantha and husband/Chef Cody Carroll, paired with innovative Sazerac cocktails from Beverage Director Norton Christopher.
