Coolinary @ Boucherie. Last Week!
Boucherie's two Coolinary menus do a good job of describing the cooking style of the restaurant, which is a little hard to explain. It's somewhere between American Bistro and Barbecue in its style. But that doesn't keep it from being highly satisfactory, as a quick reading of the carte shows. A lot of variety is packed into this short list, in which three courses each show three various dishes for $39. An abbreviated two-course offering comes at lunch for a mere $20.
