I believe that this is the first Coolinary menu for Aaron Burgau and his uptown restaurant. The configuration hasn't changed much since the days when this was the old neighborhood cafe Norby's, although the interior decoration added a lot to the environment. Chef Aaron Burgau's food--modern French Creole in style--is brilliantly flavorful, and different enough from that of other restaurants in the category to stand out. The premises have just the right tough of neighborhood-cafe informality to make locals comfortable. The Coolinary dinner menu gives three choices in each of three courses, for $39. Also here on weekdays is a two-and-two lunch for $20.Mussels Marinieres ~or~
