EatingNowSquare-150x150 [title type="h3"]Happy Hours Three Days A Week[/title] Redemption ("The Restaurant Formerly Known As Christian's") has in recent months tenovated the dining room, added an oyster bar, created a new menu, and generally redefined itself. Chef Greg Picolo ("The Former Chef Of The Bistro at the Maison De Ville") is still in the kitchen, and owners Maria and Tommy Delaune are still on the wholesale seafood business--making for very good fish and shellfish for Redemption's menu. Mixed up in all of this is a happy hour which, near as I can tell, runs from four-thirty until six-thirty on Thursdays through Saturdays. It is happy indeed: raw oysters fifty cents each, and house wines five dollars the glass. [caption id="attachment_46003" align="alignnone" width="480"]Raw oysters at Redemption.
