Effervescence is a nice little bar on Rampart by the Mahalia Jackson Theater. It has a good menu, great drinks, and a really social vibe. Sunday is Spritzy Sunday, with a free Aperol Spritz for the first 20 people asking for it after 2pm. After that, it’s 30% off pet-nat bottles. Good place to put you in the mood for the game.
