Starting July 1st, local favorite seafood house GW FIns will offer their summer special menu called Fins Feast. Available Sunday through Thursday, it is a $39 pre-fixe three course menu that changes daily. It will feature a lot of prized local ingredients like Creole tomatoes and chanterelle mushrooms, presented in imaginative ways alongside more exotic things like a Vietnamese glaze.

Local chanterelles & Creole Tomato, soft polenta and goat cheese
Royal Red Shrimp, green apple slaw, and Vietnamese Glaze
Corn and crab bisque, local sweet corn and blue crab
Entrees
Black Drum with chicken cracklin’ crust, whipped butternut squash, shiitake, green beans, pecans, brown butter
Fried soft shell crab, spoonbread maque choux, roasted corn butter
Wasabi crusted Wahoo, pickled ginger slaw, baby bok choy, sticky rice, sweet soy butter
Dessert
Bourbon pecan pie, vanilla bean ice cream, caramel sauce
Alabama peach Panna Cotta, Amaretto syrup, raspberries
Tiramisu, mascarpone cream, espresso syrup, Dutch cocoa powder
