Most people who like grand buffets at holiday time look to a large hotel to find one, and Le Pavillon Hotel has been doing a grand buffet for a long time. This year, though, they are adding a simple and inexpensive Thanksgiving a la carte menu in their signature restaurant Bijoux. Choose from Butter Roasted Turkey or Seared French chicken breast, stone-ground cheese grits, fire-roasted corn pudding or sweet potato casserole, a Yukon Gold potato gratin. Vegetables include a choice of two: honey-chipotle sesame glazed carrots, pan-roasted Roasted Brussels sprouts, smoked fingerling potato mousseline, or haricot verts with peppered Neuske bacon. This comes with a choice of three sauces, and dessert of either Bourbon pecan pie, pumpkin pie, or Double Chocolate cake.
All of this for only $22, exclusive tax and tip.
