One of the most captivating ideas for Thanksgiving came from an unlikely place that we hear little about, and M Bistro at the Ritz Carlton is back with a really interesting Reveillon menu.
On the pricey side at $80, you will also find very unusual choices like Arctic Char, Celery Root Bisque, Escargots Vol au Vent, Puffed Quinoa, and Pomegranate Lacquer. And of course the requisite number of Gremolatas. Caviar with Diver Scallops, and more familiar dishes like Braised Short RIbs. Also a local idea, a Boudin-stuffed Pork Chop. Desserts like a Gingerbread Soufflé or a Bûche de Noël with Feuilletine Crunch.
We are going to have to go there soon and see what is coming out of this kitchen, because it sure sounds unusually creative on paper.
