Friday Ali Loftin returned for the second day of guest hosting, revisiting a theme started last time she sat in that pleased Tom greatly. She encouraged him to sing. Their duet that time was not quite as free-spirited as this one. Tom doesn’t do Beach Boys, so there was a lot of acapella wailing that caused Doug to rethink his accommodation of this.
Several callers answered Ali’s special request to call in, which sounded more welcoming and less pathetic than Tom's pleas. and it was a lively show.
