My listeners to the radio show know that I have a running theme about eating Halibut in Halifax. But there is no need to go that far for one of my favorite fish. GW Fins will be offering it along with several other menu choices on their New Year’s Eve Menu. All jokes about Halibut in Halifax aside, there is a great dish offered at GW Fins as a signature dish. The Scalibut is what it is called, and it features lobster risotto as another central part of the fish. Also on this menu are black truffles and lobster and diver scallops and pork belly. It’s a creative menu with a lot of choices:
