Smoked Beef Brisket @ Boucherie
Although Boucherie goes far beyond the province of barbecue joint, the fact is that the place does smoke a lot of meat. A great example of this is their brisket platter. The beef is from the strain that gives Kobe beef; whether that's what makes it taste so good is debatable, but the flavor itself is undeniable. It comes out with a pile of fresh-cut garlic and parmesan fries. The new premises are more comfortable than the cramped Jeannette Street original location.
