Stuffed Artichoke Soup @ Drago's
One of Drago's soups du jour is so popular that they bring it up on more than one jour. It's a thick artichoke soup with a little cream. The stuffed aspect is a floater of an artichoke heart with the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic you'd find stuffed into the whole vegetable. Even a cup of this is as rich and filling as it is good.
