Tang Soup @ Korea House
If you like eastern Asian soups, you'll love what the Koreans cook up in big bowls of broth riddled with beef short ribs. Also called "guk-tang," this is thicker and spicier than the standard Korean soups, and much more than Vietnamese pho. The Korea House is at the moment the city's only Korean restaurant, but we're lucky in that it has been consistently excellent for many years. This and all the rest of the soups over there are fantastic. The place is much nicer inside than the exterior might suggest.
