The wonderful Mid-City staple Katie’s is another entry on the list of restaurants that have not previously been open for the Thanksgiving holiday but are opening for T-day 2019.
It’s a menu that reminds us of something your beloved grandmother would have at her house, but only if she was great in the kitchen. It’s pretty simple, but covers all the basics.
For starters choose from a house salad or Shrimp Remoulade. The main course is of course turkey, cornbread dressing, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and cranberry sauce. Dessert is white chocolate bread pudding.
