Atchafalaya--whose dinner service makes it one of the best of the Uptown gourmet bistros--quickly gathered a strong crowd of regulars when it began offering Sunday brunch a few years ago. So strong, in fact, that thaty've added days ever since. Starting this week, the only days you can't have brunch at the city's only five-a restaurant are Tuesday and Wednesday.
