This Thursday the 29th is the third and final summer wine dinner at Galatoire’s. The series concludes with “An Evening Of Rose' ” featuring the unique culinary creations of Chef Phillip Lopez and the exclusive pairing choices of Sommelier Rene Sudduth. These chilled and crisp selections in varying shades of blush will end the season in style.
