SummerDiningSpecials [title type="h3"]Coolinary @ Tommy's Cuisine.[/title] Tommy's has always had two sets of personalities. It can serve French-Creole bistro-style food, but it can just as easily send forth a full dinner of Italian dishes. It can become ambitious under the management of Tommy Andrade, one of the city's most experienced first-class restaurateurs. Or it can turn out simple dishes at lower-than-average cost (the Coolinary here is $14 less expensive than the standard $39 price). It has a wide repertoire in its regular menu, but the Coolinary carte is brief and to the point. Regardless of which way one turns, a polished, excellent dinner results.
