It’s summer in New Orleans, and restaurants all over town want to entice you in. Summer specials are everywhere, and it is our aim to tell you about them. Especially the good ones.
At Arnaud’s, stop in for their Table d’ Hote menu for $39, including a complimentary glass of rose. Chef Tommy DiGiovanni forsakes the standard Creole classics for lighter fare as a counterbalance to this heat. The three course menu is simple, offering three choices, and is heavy on fresh salads.
