Tiger madness kicks into high gear today, and The Roosevelt Hotel (picture courtesy of Waldorf Astoria) has joined the party. Local legend Carl of chicken fame will be serving his extraordinary fried chicken for extended hours today, starting for lunch at 11:30 in the Fountain Lounge.
A satellite bar has been serving all weekend outside Teddy’s Cafe, and the signature cocktail “Eye of the Tiger” is available at any bar with either LSU or Clemson sprinkles.
And you know it’s special when the hotel’s 19th century grand piano is put into action. Live music is available from 10-8pm in the lobby today.
