Eggs Cajun Benedict @ Mande's
Mande's is a breakfast and lunch specialist just off the Causeway in Mandeville. It's a good-looking place, and its cooking is more polished than in most breakfast joints. The Cajun aspect is provided by spicy crawfish cakes, substituted form the usual Benedict ham. This is also very good with hot sausage, a swap the kitchen makes without hesitation.
