Now that RioMar and Cafe Grenada are gone, we are left with only two Spanish restaurants. The better by far is Galvez, which not only serves a menu of classy Spanish and New Orleans eats, but is perched on the second floor of the French Market, and overlooks the river. At this season, the place offers a culinary menu longer than any other in town. The three courses can be chosen from seven appetizers, eight entrees, and three desserts, for the standard Coolinary price of $35. Here's the menu.
