No Coolinary restaurant menu is like the one presented by the French-Creole kitchen at Le Foret. It is completely unpredictable. Every day the chef creates a new array of three dishes to be served for the Coolinary price of $39. This is reminiscent of the table d'hote menus popular in France. It also reminds me a little of the old menu at Tujague's. You'd just walk in, site down, affirm that you are there for the Coolinary dinner, and away you go on this evening's adventure.
