"Cooking in Quarantine" with NOCHI

Just as the restaurant industry as a whole has taken this opportunity to get creative with ways to support and serve the community, so too has the New Orleans Cooking and Hospitality Institute found a way to work with these lemons. And they’re going online to teach you how.

Back in Ye Good Olde Days, one could enroll in Enthusiast Courses at NOCHI to learn some more advanced skills from a professional chef. Now, in a time where people need to better their cooking skills the most, the non-profit cooking school is offering online classes teaching a few different skills every Tuesday and Thurday at 5PM. There are a limited number of free spaces available, and once they are full, donation-based spots only will be available. Donation-based spots are still available for tonight’s course on eggs!
