The Feasting Season Begins! Don't Miss The Best Of It It's time to renew your subscription to the New Orleans Menu Daily By Tom Fitzmorris For avid eaters, the best part of fall and winter in New Orleans is the Reveillon. That annual celebration of the holidays has the best restaurants in town devising holiday-tuned four-course dinners for prices that are too good to pass up. The Reveillon is underway now, with over 60 restaurants participating. Every weekday in the New Orleans Menu Daily, we focus on one of these remarkable dinners. I give you my take as to how good each one is likely to be, based on past Reveillon experience there. But that's only part of our holiday-season reports. We compile lists of the best restaurants that will open on Christmas Ever, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. This is the only one of its kind that I know of--useful information during the busy dining season. What a time for your NOMenu Five-Star Edition to run out of of the months on the subscription. Fortunately, renewing the NOMenu Five-Star is not only easily accomplished, but the price is whatever number of dollars you feel comfortable with. And you can still send free gift subs to up to three of your friends who have not received the Five-Star before. So think of an amount and go with it. If you feel remorse later, let me know and I'll give you a refund. We have some subscribers who have been with us since the first edition of the New Orleans Menu in 1977. I do think you'll like the Five-Star Edition more each day. Thanks for considering it again. And I'll see you at the festivals!--Tastefully yours, Tom Fitzmorris Click here to renew.
