Stuffed Artichoke Hearts @ DiMartino's

This is a brilliant idea, one that makes stuffed artichokes easy enough to make that any restaurant can do it. Instead of taking an hour to clean up the artichoke of its spines and other issues, this starts with artichoke hearts, cut in half and topped with the familiar mixture of bread crumbs, garlic, olive oil, and herbs, then run under the broiler until toasty. A great appetizer, and enough for at least two.
