Stuffed Crab @ Middendorf's

Every time I go to Middendorf's--and it's so far away that this is not often--I try to pack all my favorites into a single meal. This means the barbecued oysters to start, and thick-cut fried catfish for an entree. Then I need to trick someone into getting the stuffed crab. It's still in a real crab shell, made with claw meat and drenched in that crab flavor. Since crab cakes took over the seafood menus of the area, we haven't had enough good stuffed crabs.
