If you really want a serious tailgate and don’t mind paying for it, there will be nothing better than the Saints VIP Tailgate at Benson Tower. Three hours prior to kickoff, on the fifth floor overlooking the scene, guests will have an open bar for top-shelf cocktails, another for wine, and another for beer.
Food Network Celebrity Chef, Aaron May, and local celebrity chef Scot Craig, of Katie’s, Francesca’s, and now Bienvenue, have crafted a fabulous menu featuring local specialties, a charcuterie table, passed gourmet hamburgers, farmer’s market hand-tossed salads, a hot sauce bar, poor-boys, action stations, and enough food to keep you happy till game time.

Entertainment will include visits from the Saintsations and Saints alumni, as well as a gaming tent with 12 XBox stations, and ESPN Gameday broadcast. There will be a live auction of Saints memorabilia.
