Myself and Chef Ray Tromatore(Ran Restaurants on the Coast) have partnered and re-opened the “Airline Motors Restaurant” in La Place. We opened a week before Christmas and we offer typical New Orleans fried seafood, as well as two signature sauces(Crawfish Ettoufee and a Landmark(crab shrimp and mushrooms in a white sauce). We also serve soft-shell in a platter or po-boy. We have a St. John Parish style Chicken and Andouille Gumbo(Baily’s in Laplace)the chicken is smoked and adds a terrific flavor to the Gumbo. We also serve a well spiced BBQ Shrimp which is butter and beer based(in shell). We would love to be added to the new Restaurant area of your Website. Jamie Q.
