Would someone explain the logic of a theming a restaurant to a character in a ten-year-old movie? I guess the tourist market might go for it here, or the folks back in Chicago or California, but anybody who knows the New Orleans approach to shrimp will quickly recognize that this has neither the spirit nor the substance. (Beware any restaurant with spinach-artichoke cheese dip on the menu.) It’s strictly for fun, and I didn’t get much of that, either.
