In every detail save one, it looks like any of a hundred joints way out on swampy two-lane blacktops--just a whole lot bigger. That's where the resemblance ends, though: the menu, service, and food are in the same spirit you'll find at places like Houston's, TGI Friday's, and Applebee's--just with a Cajun spin. Neither cheap nor generous, the food here just makes me angry: the premises make one expect the real thing, and this ain't it.
